Campaign filings show the gubernatorial campaign for Rep. Eric Swalwell, D-Calif., received almost $15k from a Beijing-based law firm and one of it's U.S.-based partners.

China expert Michael Lucci told Fox News Digital that Swalwell should re-donate the funds ‘to an organization that fights the evils of communism’
